Material and specifications of the cardboard box:


There are three or five layers commonly used in cardboard boxes, but seven layers are less commonly used. Each layer is divided into inner paper, corrugated paper, core paper, and face paper. The inner and face paper are made of tea board paper, kraft paper, and the core paper is made of corrugated paper. The color and feel of each paper are different, and the paper (color and feel) produced by different manufacturers are also different. The standard for corrugated cardboard boxes is GB6543-86 "Corrugated Paper Boxes".

The commonly used types of cardboard boxes currently include: double tower cardboard boxes, A-type cardboard boxes, and Tiandi cover cardboard boxes; Commonly used sealing methods: I-shaped, Tian shaped, and Japanese shaped; thickness can be divided into three layers, five layers, and seven layers;



a. Ordinary cardboard box paper: Ordinary cardboard box paper X is: KABC3, which gradually deteriorates; X9X (thickness of 2mm) represents E-pit (young pit) X3X (thickness of 3mm) - represents single-layer X=X (thickness of 6mm) - represents double-layer X Å X (thickness of 9mm) - represents three-layer X - represents surface paper, pit pattern - ordinary pit paper, middle layer flat paper - no representation, it is ordinary paper. W - represents white book paper, single pit (paper) double pit (paper) three pit (paper) young pit (paper).



b. Selection of ordinary cardboard box materials:

Generally, B=B is used, with a paper thickness of about 6mm. If the customer has a request, A=B can also be used. This material has better strength than B=B, and the price is higher. On the other hand, A=A paper is better than A=B and B=B, with a thickness of 6mm, and the price is also higher. Unless special requirements are required, it should be selected.



The corrugated shapes currently used in cardboard boxes generally include A-shaped, C-shaped, B-shaped, and E-shaped; Four types, with a height of A>C>B>E; The inner box is usually made of E-shaped and aesthetically pleasing materials, while the outer box is usually made of BC shaped materials with moderate thickness and good compressive strength. If you require good compressive strength of the box, you can choose AB shaped materials. The paper stamps currently used in China include Kowloon paper, which is quite good. The quality is not far from that of imported paper, but the price is relatively cheaper.
