Application of compound modified starch in papermaking industry

The research, development and application of modified starch in China have shown a good trend of rapid development in recent 10 years. Especially since China's entry into WTO, with the further opening of the market, modified starch has been more widely used in many fields such as food, papermaking, textile, feed, medicine, construction, environmental protection and so on. At the same time, the diversified requirements of the market also promote a variety of new trends in the development of modified starch. Among them, the production process and application development of various chemically modified starch directly pregelatinization and compound modification is a good method worthy of promotion and meets the requirements of the new I industrialization situation in China.

According to the different technical characteristics of chemical denaturation process and the different material state of products after reaction, we use two different types of roller dryer in practical application: single roller dryer and double roller dryer. The preconditions and products of the two kinds of process equipment are different, but through reasonable selection, the quality of products can be greatly improved and adapt to the process characteristics of different chemically modified products to the greatest extent.
